Product Introduction
This production line is a specialized complete set of twin-screw extrusion equipment, suitable for the production of SPC stone plastic composite flooring, LVT luxury vinyl tile, and PVC vinyl flooring. SPC flooring features high hardness, waterproof and fireproof properties, and excellent dimensional stability; LVT flooring offers good flexibility and a comfortable underfoot feel; PVC vinyl flooring rolls provide high cost-effectiveness and are widely used in flooring applications for home decoration, office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, and factories. The equipment is equipped with a five-roll calendering and film coating integrated unit, capable of online lamination of color films and wear-resistant layers, and is supported by a cooling water trough, back-adhesive composite station, punching and slitting, online edge trimming, and a robotic arm automatic stacking mechanism. The entire machine utilizes centralized PLC control with precise multi-stage zone temperature control. The board thickness and lamination pressure are adjustable, supporting customization for boards of different widths and thicknesses. The manufacturer provides one-stop services including installation and commissioning, formula guidance, and technical training.
