Product Introduction

This production line is specifically designed for manufacturing high-precision ABS core tubes. The mainstream market specifications are 3-inch and 6-inch, with 8-inch and other sizes available upon request. The tubes feature high hardness, excellent roundness, and a smooth surface, making them widely used as winding cores for lithium battery separators, optical films, tapes, stretch films, and protective films. Utilizing a single-screw extrusion main machine equipped with vacuum sizing, it ensures stable dimensional accuracy. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including installation and commissioning, process guidance, and technical training.

Process Flow

Raw material feeding → ABS material drying and mixing → Single-screw plasticization → Extrusion with ABS-specific tube die → Vacuum sizing and shaping → Spray cooling → Traction conveying → Online inkjet coding → Fixed-length cutting → Tube end chamfering
