Product Introduction

This production line is specifically designed for TPE elastic materials, used to produce elastic fitness products such as yoga rings, yoga resistance bands, and resistance plates. A single-screw extruder can be selected as the main unit, and by changing the molds, it can produce resistance bands and ring-shaped yoga rings with different cross-sections and widths. The entire line features stable extrusion, producing products with good elasticity and a smooth surface, widely used in the fitness and sports equipment industry. The manufacturer provides one-stop services including installation and commissioning, process guidance, and technical training.

Process Flow

Raw material feeding → Single-screw plasticization → Mold extrusion → Cooling water tank shaping → Traction conveying → Fixed-length cutting → Finished product collection
