This equipment is a fully automatic PE-Xa peroxide cross-linked underfloor heating pipe plunger production line, specifically developed for high cross-linked polyethylene underfloor heating pipes. Unlike traditional screw extrusion equipment, it adopts a low-temperature, high-pressure plunger reciprocating extrusion process. It perfectly matches PE raw materials with peroxide cross-linking systems, enabling the stable production of 16mm–200mm

full-specification PE-Xa cross-linked underfloor heating pipes.

The equipment utilizes a closed constant-temperature extrusion molding and an online precision pressure stabilization system. The extrusion pressure is stable and the output density is uniform, allowing the pipes to complete a uniform cross-linking reaction in the molten state. The finished products feature high cross-linking degrees, no internal stress, and extremely high toughness. The produced PE-Xa pipes possess ***physical properties such as high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, creep resistance, aging resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, and strong thermal memory recovery. They are widely used in home underfloor heating, engineering underfloor heating, central air conditioning water supply, and hot/cold water supply piping systems.

The entire machine features PLC intelligent centralized control, independent zone temperature control, and variable frequency pressure stabilization speed regulation. It operates stably with an extremely low defect rate, supporting continuous 24-hour mass production and customization of various non-standard pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.
