Product Introduction
This plastic sheet production line can be equipped with a single screw, conical twin screw, or parallel twin screw extruder as the main unit depending on the raw materials, and is suitable for extruding plastic sheets from materials such as PVC, PP, and PET. The produced sheets feature uniform thickness and a dense, smooth surface, making them widely used in vacuum packaging, disposable food containers, roll material deep processing, and decorative sheets. The entire line includes the main extruder, sheet die, three-roll calendering and shaping, cooling conveyor, traction, and cutting/rewinding units, all under stable automated synchronized control. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including installation and commissioning, formulation and process guidance, and technical training.
