Product Introduction
This five-roll calendering production line is a specialized extrusion molding equipment for high-precision films and sheets. Depending on the material, it can be equipped with single-screw, conical twin-screw, or parallel twin-screw/planetary screw extruders, and high-configuration seven-roll models can also be selected as needed. It is suitable for various raw materials such as PVC, PP, PE, PET, and EVA. It mainly produces various plastic films, wear-resistant layers, packaging films, decorative films, and thermoforming sheets.
The equipment adopts a five-roll progressive calendering process, combined with online cooling, edge trimming, tension pulling, and winding/cutting systems. The produced films and sheets feature uniform thickness, flat surfaces, and stable dimensions. The entire machine offers a high degree of automation, stable operation, and a high yield rate, making it widely used in industries such as packaging, printing, electronics, decoration, and light industry.
Process Flow
