Product Introduction
This production line is used to manufacture PEX-B five-layer oxygen-barrier cross-linked polyethylene pipes for underfloor heating. The pipes are high-temperature resistant, pressure resistant, and creep resistant, with an intermediate EVOH oxygen-barrier layer that isolates oxygen to protect the metal components of the underfloor heating system from corrosion. Utilizing a multi-layer co-extrusion die head for single-step extrusion molding, the pipes feature excellent roundness and uniform wall thickness, making this the mainstream pipe production equipment for underfloor heating projects. The manufacturer provides a one-stop service including installation and commissioning, process guidance, and technical training.

Product Advantages
